ORDERING:

What is the status of my order?
To check the status of an order that you have already placed, please click here with your Order Number# and email address.

How do I make a change to my order or cancel an item?
To ensure order changes or cancellations are implanted before your order is shipped, please email customerservice@expressivefortunes.com  or call us toll free at (800) 789-3796.

What do I do if my order did not arrive?

  1. Make sure you have tracked your package and it is showing as being delivered.
  2. Look around your house to see if the delivery driver placed your package on the porch, at another door, or delivered the package to someone else in your home that inadvertently forgot to tell you that your package had arrived.
  3. Check neighbors to see if they have received your package and are holding it for you.
  4. Call UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS. If you were not home and a signature was required, the driver may have left a note with instructions.
  5. Email us at customerservice@expressivefortunes.com for further assistance.

 

We Strive for 100% delivery, but sometimes bad weather delays or acts of God get in the way! We cannot refund shipping for these reasons or if we were given an incorrect address. If there is an address correction, there may be a small fee added to your invoice for the necessary correction.

What do I do if an item is missing from my shipment?

How Do I Use a Coupon?

To use a coupon code, follow these easy steps:

  1. Add your items to the cart
  2. Enter your code in the coupon code field and click the "Apply" button.
  3. The appropriate adjustments will be made to your order and you can continue with the checkout process as normal.

RETURNS:
What is your return policy?
 
We’ re confident that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from Expressive fortunes.com, however in the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with your purchase or your cookie(s) arrived damaged, please retain ALL of the original packaging. All claims must be made within 5 days of arrival of your shipment.

Your shipment will include a packing slip with written instructions pertaining to returns. Please read it and follow the directions as instructed. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained by emailing customerservice@expressivefortunes.com or phoning us toll free (800) 789-3796 before any item will be accepted for return. The RMA number must be CLEARLY indicated on the package being returned. Packages without a valid RMA code will be refused

When returning items, use a traceable carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc., but not USPS), insure the package, and retain the tracking information for your protection. Expressive Fortunes  is not responsible for any missing, lost, or damaged package. In most cases, we will credit you for the return shipping charges.

Any item that is returned and does not meet these criteria will be sent back to the customer. Packages refused will be subject to a 50% restocking fee minus all shipping charges.

I received the wrong item, what do I do?

Please email us at customerservice@expressivefortunes.com to report shipping errors within 3 days of package receipt. Everyone at Expressive Fortunes works hard to ensure order accuracy, but we are all human and brain fades do happen. We will ship out the correct item upon receipt of the item you are returning. We will ship the item back out to you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Expressive fortunes.com accepts American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.
All orders must be paid for in U.S. funds only.


When will my credit appear on my account after a return?

Your credit card will be credited within 2 to 3 business days following the day we receive the returned item(s).


How do I get a copy of my invoice?

All customers can access any order placed with Expressive fortunes.com in the "My Account" section of www.expressivefortunes.com. If you login to your customer account and view your order history, you will be able to view and print all orders you have made with us. If you need any assistance accessing your account, please email us at customerservice@expressivefortunes.com


Must I pay sales tax?

No, Expressive Fortunes does NOT collect on sales tax.

Can I track my order?

How much is shipping?

You will need to put your items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart. Once you have done so you will need to press (View Cart), you will be prompted to login to you account if you have not already done so. Once you have done this the cart will show different shipping options (General Ground, and 2-Day Shipping, 3-day and Overnight) General Ground is the automatic base shipping. At bottom of the cart their will be a box to enter in your zip code, enter it and you will get real time shipping rates.

We are open via the Web 24 hours a day.
Our Regular Operating hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM PT.
We are closed Saturday & Sundays for Phone Orders.

I upgraded my shipping. Why isn?t it here yet?

UPS is Expressive Fortunes preferred Domestic carrier. During checkout please fill in all required fields and verify that your address is correct. UPS will only ship on business days (Monday - Friday). Keep in mind that 2-day service shipped Thursday will arrive Monday. A list of holidays on which UPS will not ship can be found on www.ups.com. UPS shipping charges may vary from published rates due to handling charges incorporated into the shipping cost. The standard UPS shipping services are as follows:

All shipping estimates are calculated from the original shipping date and not the date your order was placed.

UPS Ground is the standard domestic shipping service to the 48 contiguous states. Estimate delivery times using 92028 Zip Code as the package origin. ESTIMATED arrival in the Eastern U.S. is 5-6 business days. The Midwest U.S. ESTIMATED arrival time is 3-4 business days. ESTIMATED arrival time in the Western U.S. can expect arrival in 1-3 business days.

Orders upgraded to Three day, Two day or Overnight Shipping are USUALLY shipped the same day if received before 12PM Pacific Standard Time. Orders received after Noon PST may not be shipped until the following business day. Expressive Fortunes business days are Monday thru Friday. Your guaranteed shipping time for upgraded shipping is calculated from the time your package leaves our warehouse. Therefore, ordering an item using Three Day Select on a Friday afternoon means your item will most likely be processed and shipped Monday, which should indicate a delivery time of that upcoming Thursday.

Expressive Fortunes will not guarantee the delivery time of any order. Shipping costs will not be refunded for delayed deliveries. Deliveries can be delayed for any number of reasons. Most delays are due to weather conditions. Plan orders and choose payment options appropriately. Listed above are the standard recommended services. You may select any UPS shipping service that best suits your needs. Select the service that will ensure that you will receive the order at least 2 business days in advance to the needed time period.

A UPS tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped.


Can I have my order ship on an exact date?

Yes. Please be sure to specify a Future Ship Date during check out. REMEMBER Expressive Fortunes DOES NOT ship on Saturday or Sunday. Order as far in advance as you want (get you holiday shopping done early!) and we will ship your cookie fresh on the date that you specify. Your creditcard will not be charged until your order ships.

Is a signature required for my package?

No, a signature is not required for your package.


What is the free shipping policy?

Expressive Fortunes offers free shipping on all internet orders with products totaling $150 or more and shipped via UPS Ground! Offer good on web orders only shipping the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Must use coupon code FREESHIP at checkout.


I received someone else's order.

In the event that you receive someone else's order, please contact us at customerservice@expressivefortunes.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number to return the items. Please make sure not to open your cookie(s). Cookies that appear to have been opened will not receive credit.
5. WHAT IF MY RECIPIENT IS NOT AT HOME TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE??

Don’t worry! We ship UPS, no signature required, which means that the driver will leave the package at the door. Sometimes, however, the package will not be left if the Driver deems that the package could be in jeopardy if left at that specific address.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Do you ship to APO, FPO addresses?

We ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS. APO/FPO orders may require up to 14 business days to process and ship. Most shipments are delivered to APO/FPO destinations in 2 to 3 weeks. Our cookies have a shelf life of 6 to 8 weeks so it’s safe to ship to these addresses.


Do you ship to Canada?

No, we currently do not ship to Canada.

Do you ship to Europe?

No, we currently do not ship to Europe.

Do you ship to Puerto Rico?

No, we currently do not ship to Puerto Rico.

Where are the Expressive Fortunes Cookies and other products made?

All of our products are baked, dipped and shipped right here in Southern California.

Are Expressive Fortunes cookies Kosher Certified?

Our cookies are not currently Kosher Certified, but will be soon!

How big is the Gigantic Cookie?

Our Gigantic Fortune Cookie is approximately 7 ½” in diameter. (Or approximately 19 ½” in circumference.) You’re in charge of what goes inside the fortune cookie…so get creative with your wording! You have up to 10 sentences, so have fun! Our giant fortune cookies can weigh anywhere from 14 oz to over 1 lb depending on how it is dipped and decorated.

The Medium Fortune Cookie is approximately 4 ½” in diameter (about the size of a Baseball). Each cookie can have its own personalized message inside of up to 3 sentences.

The “Classic” Sized Fortune Cookies are… regular sized fortune cookies! All of our “classic” sized fortune cookies have fun, random fortunes inside that are perfectly appropriate for all sexes and all ages from small kids to the ever so loved elderly!  There are over 8000 messages randomly inserted.

Expressive Fortunes does, however, offer Love & Marriage, Birthday, Holiday and other Occasion & Holiday specific fortunes available at no cost throughout the year. Email us at customerservice@expressivefortunes.com for further information.

Can I personalize the “classic” sized cookies?

Yes, with a minimum of 100 cookies, you can have a personalized message. An additional printing fee will apply to all orders.   Imprint info: 3 lines of 36 characters per line including spaces. We can accept logos as well! It’s a great way to promote your business! Please call us at (800) 789-3796 for further information.

What is the shelf life of my cookie(s)?

When stored properly our cookies kept in the original packaging will be fresh for 2 to 3 months.

How do I store my cookie(s)?

DO NOT PLACE YOUR COOKIES IN THE REFRIGERATOR OR FREEZER! The chocolate will either discolor or become wet and sticky. All of our cookies are just fine at a room temperature that is between 65 –72 degrees. When you receive your cookies, take out the ice pack (if there is one) and place your box of cookies away from sunlight. A cool closet pantry is an ideal place.
